Ticketing Procedures

Guest are able to purchase tickets here on our website, with the option to print-at-home or use their cells phones to display their tickets. A QR code will be generated as your ticket when your order is complete.

Walk-up sales are also welcome at the PIER 39 Box Office.

Timed Reservations are available for our San Francisco Bay Cruise, Escape From the Rock cruise, Sunset Cruise, and Rocketboat thrill ride. Sausalito ferry tickets are open and can be used up to one year after purchase.

At the PIER 39 box office, contactless payment systems have been installed.

Credit Card machines are sanitized throughout the day.

Our Guest Representatives will scan tickets at our San Francisco facility to reduce the exchange of paper tickets.

Guests who book tickets with a third-party reseller should make sure there is a scannable QR Code for entry. If you are issued a voucher, please stop by the box office for further assistance.

CityPASS® ticket holders – First, buy CityPASS® tickets online for instant mobile ticket delivery. Next, book your timed departure in advance on the My CityPASS® App or stop by the box office for a reserved time. Present your reservation tickets at the PIER 39 boarding line. Please arrive 30 minutes before desired departure time to get the best seats on the boat. LEARN MORE.
